Africa in the Spotlight
My vision: to accompany the leaders of Africa with its different faces, potentials, cultures and ambitions.
My vision: to accompany the leaders of Africa with its different faces, potentials, cultures and ambitions. Africa is at the centre of all the major international groups’ strategic plans. Heads of state begin to be courted again and the initiatives and actions of the Diasporas are much more highlighted during the many events dedicated to the continent. Africa has new and innovative responses to the challenges it faces and 2035 is being built today in collective intelligence with institutional, private and local actors as well as states.
The coming years are therefore crucial for this continent to position itself as a major and inspiring reference on the international scene.
In order to ensure and accelerate this positioning, there is a need to develop a new form of leadership for African leaders and decision-makers. To imagine the construction of a virtuous mindset, which accompanies inspiring, impactful and influential leadership in order to work together on this African emergence. To work on more inclusive and respectful relationships that promote varied expressions and highlight visible and invisible impactful successes.
There is a need to invest in human capital and support the evolution of HR on the continent. And not just Human Resources – Human Relations, Human Richness and Human Relations. To go beyond simple “management” and redefine new forms of “working together”, “communicating together” and moving from competition to co-construction.
Finally, there is a need to reveal the talents of Africa and awaken African potentials. This inevitably involves highlighting and supporting initiatives and impactful projects in education, training, professional integration, digital, energy, infrastructure, agribusiness, health, media, government institutions… and so many sectors booming on the continent, all waiting to emerge on the international scene.
