A week ago, hundreds of institutional, public and private actors gathered for Ambition Africa. I had the pleasure to moderate a round table around this question: ”what strategies for the development of African talent?”
A discussion that allowed for a concrete exploration of the issues of employability, skills, education, recruitment and training, with an overview of all current initiatives on the continent.
